Section titled “Platform Overview”Helm is built on seven open-source foundations, integrated into a single platform. Each layer replaces a tool MSPs currently pay for separately.

Access Models
Section titled “Access Models”Native client — Full-featured desktop application. Best for dedicated technician workstations.
Browser-based — Access from any browser, zero install. Session data destroyed on tab close. Best for BYOD, on-call, and compliance-sensitive environments.
Security Tiers
Section titled “Security Tiers”Free / Pro — Standard encrypted remote access.
Enterprise — All connections routed through a self-hosted WireGuard mesh. No open ports. ACL-based access control. Full session logging for compliance audits.
