What’s Included
Section titled “What’s Included”- Remote desktop — full graphical remote control of Windows endpoints
- Terminal — direct PowerShell and CMD access
- File transfer — drag-and-drop files between your machine and the endpoint
- Multi-monitor — navigate multiple displays on the remote machine
No Extra License
Section titled “No Extra License”Remote desktop is included in every Helm plan. You’re not paying $50/month separately for a remote desktop tool on top of your AI tool on top of your RMM.
AI Integration
Section titled “AI Integration”The AI tab and the remote desktop tab are in the same window. Run a diagnostic command in the AI tab, switch to the remote desktop to confirm visually, come back and tell the AI what to fix. One screen, full context.
Agent Installation
Section titled “Agent Installation”Helm requires a lightweight agent installed on endpoints. The agent handles:
- Remote desktop connection (encrypted, authenticated)
- Command execution for AI diagnostics
- Software inventory and deployment
- RMM alert relay (where native RMM integration isn’t available)
Agent deployment is handled through your RMM or via a standalone installer.
