What You Can Do

- Check a user’s mailbox quota and usage
- Reset MFA, unlock accounts, reset passwords
- Assign or remove licenses
- Check sign-in activity and suspicious logins
Offboarding workflows:
- Block sign-in, revoke sessions, forward email, convert to shared mailbox
- Remove from groups and distribution lists
- Transfer OneDrive files
Tenant-wide:
- Check license utilization across the tenant
- Audit admin roles and privileged accounts
- Review mail flow rules and connectors
Multi-Tenant
Section titled “Multi-Tenant”Helm is built for MSPs managing dozens or hundreds of tenants. Connect all your tenants once and the AI can work across any of them. You’re not jumping between admin portals for each client.
Example:
- “Check if Jane at Contoso has an active MFA method”
- “Run the standard offboarding workflow for Bob at Fabrikam”
- “Which tenants have users without MFA enabled?”
M365 integration uses delegated admin or a registered app with the appropriate Graph API permissions. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes per tenant, or bulk-configure via the admin panel.
